These Terms of Purchase (“Terms”) govern your purchase of products from Ediktel (www.ediktel.com, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a women’s fashion brand. By placing an order with us, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Order Placement & Confirmation

When you place an order on our website, you are submitting an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or reject your order at our discretion—for example, if a product is out of stock, if there is an error in product pricing or description, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.

Upon receiving your order, we will send a confirmation email to the address you provided, acknowledging that we have received your request. This email does not constitute order acceptance. Your order will be considered accepted only after we send a second “shipping confirmation email” (which includes a tracking number), indicating that your products have been processed and shipped.

All orders are subject to payment verification. We may contact you for additional information to confirm your order or payment details before processing.

2. Pricing & Payment

2.1 Pricing

All product prices displayed on our website are in United States Dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes (where required by law). We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice, but such changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed (i.e., for which a shipping confirmation email has been sent).

If we discover a pricing error after receiving your order, we will notify you immediately and offer you the option to either cancel the order or proceed with the correct price. If we do not receive a response from you within 48 hours, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund (if payment has already been processed).

3. Order Fulfillment & Delivery

3.1 Processing & Shipping Time

  • Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays such as Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Year’s Day). Processing time includes verifying payment, checking product availability, and packing items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
  • Delivery Time: After processing, all orders (domestic and international) are delivered within 6-12 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly based on factors such as destination, customs processing (for international orders), or carrier delays (e.g., due to weather or high shipping volume).

3.2 Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email with a unique tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery in real time. 3.3 Delivery Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address (including apartment numbers, building codes, or other necessary details) during checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an invalid address, we will notify you and offer to reship the order (free of charge) or process a full refund (minus any non-refundable fees, if applicable).

4. Returns & Refunds

4.1 Return Eligibility & Period

We want you to love your Ediktel products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items for a refund within 60 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact (e.g., garment bags, size labels).
  • Items must not show signs of damage, stains, alterations, or wear.
  • Final sale items (marked “Final Sale” on the product page) are not eligible for returns or refunds.

4.2 How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  2. Our customer service team will respond within 1-2 business days with a pre-paid return shipping label and step-by-step instructions for packing and sending the item(s) back.
  3. Pack the item(s) securely (preferably in the original packaging) and attach the pre-paid label. Drop off the package at the designated carrier location within 5 business days of receiving the label.

4.3 Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s) (typically within 3-5 business days of delivery to our warehouse), we will approve your refund if the item meets our return eligibility requirements.

  • Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed to the original payment method used for the order and take 5-10 business days to appear in your account. The exact timeline may vary slightly based on your bank or payment provider.
  • Refund Amount: You will receive a full refund of the product price (in USD). Shipping costs are not deducted, as we offer global free shipping.

If your return is rejected (e.g., items are worn or missing tags), we will notify you and return the item(s) to you at no additional cost.

5. Cancellations

If we are unable to fulfill your order due to product unavailability (after you have received an order confirmation), we will notify you immediately and process a full refund within 5-10 business days. We are not liable for any inconvenience caused by product availability errors or inaccuracies in product descriptions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ediktel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, loss of use, loss of profits, or delay in delivery) arising from or related to your purchase or use of our products. Our total liability for any claim related to your order shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the products in question.

This limitation of liability does not apply to damages caused by our gross negligence, fraud, or intentional misconduct, or to damages related to personal injury or property damage caused by defective products.
